“When I unwrapped the washing machine delivered from Max Electricals it turned out to be damaged. Although it wasn't the fault of the shop, as a gesture of goodwill the replacement was checked and fitted for free. How's that for top class service. Not living in Lutterworth this was the first time I had used Max Electricals but would not hesitate to shop there again or recommend them to anyone considering an electrical purchase.”
