“I went on line ordered my under counter chest freezer could have had it delivered the next day but wasn't convenient for me, had it delivered few days later, del driver was very helpful, obliging and happy in his job, which is nice to see I think especially during these extraordinary times. Would definitely use this comoany again.”

“We needed to order a new washing machine during lock-down, so we telephoned Max Electrical. The machine we wanted was not in stock, but M.E. promised it for early the following week. We were given a day and a time slot. The machine was duly delivered, the old one taken away for disposal, and the new one fitted and commissioned quickly and without any fuss. Very pleased with the service. The only thing I noticed afterwards was that the locknuts on the feet had not been tightened, so as I had a suitable spanner, I did it myself.”

“Prompt, polite and fitted the appliance without a problem - however, the kicker board was removed and then when it wouldn't fit back some was shaved off. However it wasn't joined back with the next one along which was left loose, not fixed at all. It needs gluing and then the gap filling with silicone. The floor silicone seal was also spoiled so this needs re-doing too. When I phoned to inform Max they said they would raise an order for the job to be done. I don't know when yet. Sadly disappointing as the appliance itself, the service to get it to me and the fitter were all great!”

“I found Max electrical a friendly shop and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on both a TV and a washing machine. Both products were delivered and fitted by a good fitter on the day and time specified. I would recommend to shop local and support this business.”

“Absolutely brilliant service.. We were given helpful and informative advice when enquiring about a replacement washing machine. The next day it was delivered and installed, and the old appliance taken away, couldn’t have been easier. Also wonderful pleasant and friendly staff, from sales to delivery. Would definitely recommend. John”
