“Just wanted to say Thank you for the service provided with my recent tv and av processor purchase. I have been visiting you for ages, checking out the latest tv developments. Asking all the stupid questions, and not once have I felt pressurised or intimidated and always left with more knowledge to make the right decision. “Other” suppliers could not be bothered to help me out with the wall bracket issues that I had, and dismissed any support I needed with my Bose surround sound system. They also gave me “duff” information about tv technical information.... You came up with a very competitive price, and so... Along came Jack with my new tv; installed it, linking it to my sound system and helped out with the wall bracket issues:BRILLIANT!! I could not praise you and your team more highly. THANK YOU!!
