“I recently bought some Bose speakers from Max electrical and the service was excellent. I was searching the internet and the ones I wanted were out of stock everywhere apart from this provider, I rang them to enquire but someone had reserved the last pair. They took my number and said they would get back in touch if thing changed, which luckily for me they did and I now have my speakers. The customer service was excellent, normally people say they will ring back and never do but they were true to their word. Well done, would definitely use them for electrical from now one because of this. 5 star service.”

“Excellent service! I ordered our tumble drier for delivery two days later. They phoned to say they didn’t have the machine I wanted in stock but would provide a slightly more expensive one for the same price. It was delivered first thing next day by a very pleasant young man. Will certainly use Max Electrical again and we’re very happy with our Beko!”
