“Shopping local for some items where service may be required makes sense. We bought a TV from Max which was delivered immediately and set up (not so easy for non-teenagers). Two weeks later we had a problem. After trying unsuccessfully to fix it via the phone Max had an engineer to us in hours. He fixed it immediately, without charge, even though the problem was caused by our lack of knowledge. Try that with Currys. Dr Brian Murphy”
