On each occasion we have had 100 plus% service on each Jonathon then was on holiday and I spoke to another gentleman and he was again very polite and very helpful. “Excellent help from the staff in choosing our TV set at Lutterworth Max electrical and reasonably prompt installation. Slight problem possibly due to aerial position resulting in regional news being East Anglia opposed to East Midlands or North Warwickshire but otherwise great. Far superior though to a smaller branch of same store we encountered elsewhere in Leicestershire in terms of helpfulness and stock”

“I popped into the shop just to have a quick look at built in ovens and a jolly nice person spoke to me and answered my questions. So the next thing I done was I bought a Zanussi oven from them and it was delivered the next day free of charge. It's nice that a local independant store can compete with the big boys.”
