“From purchase to wall installation, the service was excellent. I was helped so much making my choice of TV that was right for me. It was delivered on time and set up by a lovely man who carried my old TV upstairs for me. Then the installation on the wall was done with immaculate precision and no mess! All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and personable, something that is rare these days but is exactly what you get with this company.”

“Okay, this is the story - my microwave went on the ‘the blink’ no big deal you may think but I really needed a microwave PDQ (too long to explain why) my usual sources of supply for such items were unable to assist. I found MAX Electrical on the internet, not too far away and called. Yes? They were able to assist with availability of a range of Microwaves so I jumped in the car and drove over to Lutterworth. The staff were brilliant, knowledgeable and advised me of the best replacement for my failed appliance. Job done, the day was saved as my dinner party went well and I’m very happy with Panasonic - with much thanks to Max Electical.”
