“Customer's take note!! Recently had a new kitchen fitted and needed a range of new kitchen appliances. Like most we looked online with cost being our main search criteria. We found several online retailers that to be honest we had never heard of. My wife suggested that we should go and look in Max Electrical, I replied saying they will be expensive but we can go down and take a look. How wrong was I. AMAZING. The shop has a good product range. They were very helpful, giving sound advice. All the staff are smart, knowledgeable, and best of all they matched the online quote I had. Here's the important bit, one of the appliances,we had a problem when trying to fit it, yes I and the kitchen company made an error regarding size. I Rang Max Electrical and they were amazing. They ordered me a new appliance, delivered it super quick, took away the opened wrong one. All sorted and kitchen looks brilliant. Thank God I didn't decide to buy online from one of those here today gone tomorrow companies, I'd have been stuck with a useless appliance worth £800. I also feel reassured that if I have a problem or need further advice on one of our appliances I can pop in or ring without having to wait 30 minutes to speak to a human being. Well done Max Electrical, you've won me over and you're now my first call for anything electrical.”
