“purchased a washing machine and dishwasher from Max Electrical following a friend's advice. They were really helpful, showing us available stock at varied prices. The washing machine was delivered and fitted as arranged, unfortunately the dishwasher we had chosen was too big (our error) and we had to cancel it. Max Electrical were amazing. They gave us a refund straight away without any negotiation. We would definitely visit this shop again. The customer service was amazing. Thank you all.”

“Recently purchased a TV from Max Electrical, Lutterworth. Very pleasant and helpful staff. A member of staff carried our purchase to our car parked some distance from the store. Initial problem registering the TV was sorted via a phone call to the store and registered for me. Always find this store helpful.”
