“I contacted Mark Reynolds solicitors for legal advice after purchasing a faulty vehicle. I spoke with Emma Hickey who was extremely knowledgable , polite and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and after a few weeks of correspondence, a refund was arranged. I’m so pleased with the outcome and can’t thank Mark Reynolds solicitors and Emma enough.
