“Personal injury claim - Excellent customer service, Lara was very knowledgeable and friendly, quick to reply to any queries which made the whole process smooth and achieved a great outcome. Whole thing took just over 2 years due to recovery, however after I was officially recovered it was only a couple of months until the case was closed. Highly recommend”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Robert Hughes dealt with my case along with my dads and went above and beyond to make sure we got where we needed to be, it has been a very long strenuous case with lots of issues throughout on third party’s behalf but Rob has always been reassuring and professional throughout making us feel at ease and that our case was in very capable hands, we can’t thank Rob enough for his help!! Would highly recommend.”

“We approached your solicitors and were assigned Rachel Harvey to write our wills and to help us change the ownership of our house so we could become tenants in common. We also asked her to update mums will. Rachel was brilliant throughout everything. She was polite, friendly and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. She made appointments that fitted in around us, which was amazing, especially for our elderly mum. Rachel answered our many, many questions and explained all procedures fully. She conducted herself professionally throughout the process and we will definitely use her again. We will also pass her name to our many friends and colleagues. “After calling six solicitors in Leigh and Warrington area regarding Wills, Rachel Harvey stood out. She is polite, professional and made us feel important. The price was not the least nor the most however it was her customer care that won us over. On our initial face to face meeting in Leigh, she guided us through the Will process in a timely manner making sure we covered all bases for us. Excellent service.”

“Very poor service. Was promised a response by last Wednesday, Thursday at the absolute latest as case was time sensitive. Despite trying to call several times and emails being sent, solicitor constantly 'away from desk' or 'in a meeting'. Don't set expectations you can't meet.”

“I was naive enough to trust this Platform with my hard-earned savings. In just a month, I lost $535,000. Their lack of support and professionalism were shocking. It was a devastating experience. Thankfully, I filed a complaint with a Tech smart recovery agent Mrs. Linda Smith, and she helped me recover my funds. No matter the amount involved she’s capable to help retrieve it. “I HAD AN ACCIDENT IN MARCH 13th2023,IN THE GOLDEN SQUARE WARRINGTON M REYNOLDS WAS APPROACHED AND A SOLICITOR WAS ASIGNED TO ME A POLISH LADY IN BLACKPOOL !!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER ASKED FOR C.T, THEN SHE SENT ME A LETTER SAYING SHE HAD BEEN CHASING THE WRONG INSURER FOR 3 MONTHS?????!!!! I WAS TOLD TO GET AN X-RAY OM MY RIGHT KNEE, WHICH I DULY DID, NO SERIOUS DAMAGE, THEN IN AUGUST 2ND 2024 MY DOCTOR WAS CONCERNED THE WAY I WAS WALKING, AN X-RAY WAS CLLED FOR....A FRACURED LEFT HIP!!!!! WHICH I WAS TOLD I COULDNT CLAIM FOR AS THE GREATER TIME HAD ELAPSED I THEN ACCEPTED A VERY LOW AMOUNT, AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE CHEQUE THEY MIS-SPELT MY NAME SO CHEQUE WAS VOID, I HAD TO HAVE IT PUT DIRECTLY TRANSFERED INTO MY BANK.....THIS IS A MASSIVE FAILURE THE SOLICITOR DID NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE FOR 3 MONTHS A LETTER I STILL HAVE T P RIMMER”
