“Galli and James were very helpful offering advice and guidance as we made the decision to have a gas or electric inset fire. We visited the showroom on 2 or 3 occasions and decided on an electric fire. It was ordered and personally delivered by Galli within about 10 days. We are very pleased with the fire that we chose.”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was informative and helpful.When I went to Manor House he was very personable and knowledgeable,demonstrating the two models I was interested in and answering my questions fully and clearly. “You get what you pay for from start to finish:- - from first visit to the shop, nothing was too much trouble - initial meeting with Craig and Sean - for respecting my home and my wishes - for putting dust sheeting/mats down - to sweeping the chimneys and preparation, installation of fires and cleaning up afterwards. Thank you all for your expertise.”
