“Visited a number of showrooms but choose Manor House due to their great customer service. A large range of products were on offer which could confuse you, but staff were very attentative giving great advice to help make the right choice with any pressure selling. Fitters very friendly and caused minimal disruption (just make sure you stock up on biscuits for them!). Aftercare service spot on too.”

“Very efficient from start to finish. A detailed quote setting out clearly everything that was required followed by a very efficient installation done to a high standard. We had to wait a little while before an installation slot was available, probably because we decided to do it in the winter, but they seem to be very busy, so if anybody is thinking of a logburners or other fire - plan ahead.”

“I found dealing with ManorHouse very easy and I much appreciated the personal touch when I was telephoned and asked exactly when it would be convenient to deliver my stove. It arrived as planned, safely packed and I am absolutely delighted with it. Over and above the perfect service, the price was the best I could find anywhere. An excellent company to deal with. “I ordered an electric fire for my mother from Manor House which was very competitively priced, the cheapest I'd seen on the web for the model I was looking for. Payment was made on-line which was quick & easy. Delivery was made within a couple of days directly to my mothers house & arrived promptly free of charge. Although I had a small problem with the fire concerning installation, a quick phone call to Manor House & all was sorted very efficiently. They were very helpful & considerate in understanding my problem. Would definitely recommend Manor House!”

“Kept me informed above available delivery date as item was originally out of stock. Once available the item was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Delivery driver was waiting outside so that he did not arrive before he was meant to! I ordered an ash vacuum and it seems to do exactly what it is meant to and is excellent value for money.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Martin listened to me from the first phone call, asked me to confirm back to him the details he needed to be checked with my Gas fitter (because I have no idea about these sorts of things!). He gave me some advice and also an excellent price, true to his word the gas fire was delivered the following week and is now installed and not only looks great but provides masses of heat. I strongly recommend Martin and his team they are very patient and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. thanks you Martin and team. Mr Compton (Rayleigh, Essex)”
