“What can I say!! The whole buying experience has been wonderful even in these difficult Covid times!! I had been following Maker&Son on Instagram for some time and loved the sofas! My hubby and I paid a visit to the showroom when we could and tried all the various designs! Such a wonderful selection and the materials were beautiful!
Finally made a decision and we were given updates regularly of the progress of our order. Finally delivered by a professional team who placed the sofas exactly where I wanted them!!

“Great service and so happy with the incredibly comfy and chic Song Sofa.. I searched high and low for a UK made sofa using sustainable and toxic free materials that was also comfy and stylish.. There is a chic simplicity to their range which seems hard to find these days. This was the only company I found that ticked all the boxes.. “It was a pleasure to deal with Maker&Son - a personal and helpful buying experience. I bought this sofa without trying it out, purely on description and the conversations I had with Maker&Son. I described where I wanted the sofa, the kind of colours etc - they discussed with me & sent samples of material, advising on what type of material to choose (we have two dogs). Delivery was a while but no longer or shorter than other furniture companies. I chased once. When it had been picked up from them, the company that delivered agreed the date at my convenience and kept me well-informed on the day. The guys who delivered were polite and friendly. They took all the wrapping away. All in all a good buying and follow through experience.”

“Maker&son may be quick to sell you something, but plesse do not expect anything from them when you have a complaint. Our couch's fabric is falling to pieces (it is 2 years old) and Emma from Maker&son has ghosted me. Quick to take thousands of pounds from you, but very slow to correct a mistake. Disgusting.”
“I spent a few days peeking at an item that caught my eye in the sale - a Song Loveseat, in Topaz. Then one day the sale was over!!! I phoned immediately and was very quickly assured I could still buy a remaining item at the sale price. Phew! Delivery was prompt (2-3 weeks after purchase as the item was already in stock) and I was kept informed beforehand. The delivery men were efficient, friendly and charming; my chair was installed and the linen steamed to smooth any creases. My new chair is beautiful, the colour is deep and rich, the fabric is of fantastic quality, and it's SO comfy. It's surprisingly roomy too despite a neat footprint, lovely to sprawl on when just me and easily holds me and my partner when we want to watch telly. Not cheap, even at sale price, but then it is a very classy piece of furniture.”
