About Lunar Shoes:

Launched in 1990, Lunar shoes set out with the aim of creating something new, colourful & elegant at prices that were within the reach of most British Women. Each season, the Lunar Design Team select unique materials and trims from all areas of the fashion industry and apply them to footwear.

The results are there for everyone to see, as season after season Lunar create an exciting collection compromising of classic footwear, colourful sandals and boots with a designer twist.

Every season Lunar launch over 300 brand new designs and these can be found in leading Department Stores, Boutiques & shoe shops across the UK & Europe, some are created in up to 7 colours!

In the last 25 years the brand has gone from strength to strength and now the design, buying & QC teams work in tandem and are true to the original aims of creating unique, seasonal designs, incorporating the best trims & embellishments in the latest fashion colours. As you can imagine this is not an easy job and that is why we say:

“Fashionable &;comfortable sandals which I find are slightly wider then most, so i i don't have to hunt around for wide fitting ones that mostly seem old fashioned when you have broken a leg or anckle your foot is never the same & it always swells”

“Lovely shoes such a shame you don’t deliver to the Isle of Man. I ordered two pairs of shoes but to get them I had to get them delivered to my son in the UK then he had to post them to the island at a cost also in all it took two weeks before I received my shoes.”

“GOOD: Ordered shoes direct I'd seen in a shop that didn't have my size. Arrrived quickly, lovely soft leather. Nominal postal charge to return (£2.50) and refund of remainder received quickly. BAD: Sizing is TINY! I have fairly narrow, long feet taking a UK 8 and lacing tight. Lunar's alleged UK 8 was just like others' UK size 6. I could get them on, but not comfortably. A shame as they seemed good quality.”

“Loved all of the shoes I sent for but sadly the sizes were very hit and miss - I already have one pair of St Ives shoes and took the smaller size hoping they’d stretch, they have a little but ordering other styles in the same size has proved fruitless - a couple I couldn’t even get on and the next size up was huge.”

“I have ordered several pairs of shoes from Lunar, and all have been great to wear and receive very complimentary comments from others. When I did have an issue with a pair of trainers, Lunar was very quick to replace them. Nothing but praise from me.”

“I have bought - and praised - Lunar shoes and sandals for many years but I'm sorry to say that I have now finally been "sized" out. Last year I had to buy a size 4 sandal to get enough width; this time the size 3 is not only too wide but too long as well. A European size 36 is more a British size 3 1/2 so as size 3/36 is the smallest you now make, I must say goodbye. I have returned my latest order, with regret. I cannot change my feet.”

I bought St Ives plimsolls white unable to get them locally but at least I could try for size and the fit was perfect very soft leather looking forward to wearing them on hols.”
