About Lunar Shoes:

Launched in 1990, Lunar shoes set out with the aim of creating something new, colourful & elegant at prices that were within the reach of most British Women. Each season, the Lunar Design Team select unique materials and trims from all areas of the fashion industry and apply them to footwear.

The results are there for everyone to see, as season after season Lunar create an exciting collection compromising of classic footwear, colourful sandals and boots with a designer twist.

Every season Lunar launch over 300 brand new designs and these can be found in leading Department Stores, Boutiques & shoe shops across the UK & Europe, some are created in up to 7 colours!

In the last 25 years the brand has gone from strength to strength and now the design, buying & QC teams work in tandem and are true to the original aims of creating unique, seasonal designs, incorporating the best trims & embellishments in the latest fashion colours. As you can imagine this is not an easy job and that is why we say:

“Very soft and comfortable. My second pair. Like the design and colour. My only criticism is that the sole is very thin and gives little protection against a rough underfoot surface. But for a light- weight shoe, that might be expected.”

“Lovely tartan slippers at a reasonable price. Although no postage charged they were more expensive buying on line than in a local shop. However local shop did not have the size I required. I have now bought three pairs and my sister has also bought a pair.”

“My shoes came beautifly wrapped in their own little bags inside the shoe box. Once opened the shoes were a beautiful colour blue and were very well made with even a spare pair of heel grips supplied. Unfortunatly i had to return due to not being the right fit but i would not hesitate to buy from Lunar again as i felt that they sell quality footwear and really care how to they are going to be received. I would have given 5 stars only for the fact that i had to return when i really really wanted them to fit. I only returned them a couple of days ago so i'm still waiting for my refund.”

“I bought the Peyton Tan Waterproof Boots and they’re beautiful and very comfortable. The only minus is the zipper. The one in the photos looks sturdy and nice, but that’s a false zip. The practical one is very small and hard on your fingers. Buy a toggle to attach! The false zip toggle doesn’t come off.”

“I bought the Ladies Love mule slipper in beige and in navy and very much like their design. I usually buy a size 7 uk/41EU slipper and the Lunar size 7 was too small and the size 8 was only just large enough for me. I like the fit but find the felt upper rather too warm for the summer. So far the upper hasn't stretched like many slippers do but I have only worn the slippers for a week”

“Bought 2 pairs of leather plimsoll’s. Fit, style and quality all excellent. Light blue ones are a lovely colour. The stone ones are much darker than seen on screen. It’s very difficult to compare the stone, cream and beige options. I could have exchanged them but it felt like a hassle. For something that was ok-ish but not quite as expected. The stone option is light grey.”

“Exactly as advertised. Unfortunately the footwear arrived in a box that was completely crushed inside the packaging luckily the plimsolls escaped any damage.”

“Love these leather shoes - very comfortable. I wear shoe prosthetics for slight flat footedness plus bunions and these shoes accommodate them perfectly. This is my third pair. My only criticism is that because I wear them a lot the lacing around the soles can wear out quite quickly but that saying they are definitely worth the price ...”
