“Our agent Bonnie was professional, efficient and friendly. The appartment was clean, pleasant to be in and in a top location. We had an issue with a bathrooom plug which was dealt with swiftly. The overall experience met all expectations and achieved that feel good factor. I will continue to recommend London Serviced Appartments to all.”

“For where we were staying, basically in the heart of London just a few blocks from Harrod’s, the price was quite reasonable. The flat was very well apportioned and had all the modern conveniences. It was quite close to a Waitrose and Sainsbury though these were their smaller stores with a more limited selection. We were close to the Knightsbridge tube stop though, after 8PM the entrance/exit next to Harrod’s and closer to our flat was closed so you had to use the other exit which was a full city block further. There were many restaurants, cafes and pastry shops nearby. Our experience overall at this location was quite good. Our only issue was on our last night there we had trouble with our room key getting back into our flat and the night porter ( there is someone at the desk 24 hours a day) was not at his post and couldn’t locate him but, fortunately, we finally got our room key( card) to work. Finally, everyone who worked here was very friendly and helpful.”

“A really great experience. The flat was perfect and had everything I needed. The consultant that I dealt with, Ana, was expetionally helpful, and always responsive. She went out of her way to constantly assist with me, especially when I was on night shifts. The housekeepers were also incredibly polite, and super friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

“We found LSA online while searching for Short Stay Rentals. We found the team to be very prompt in response. We had many questions & doubts about the apartments they recommended; they patiently answered all our queries and tried to be very transparent with the information. They even made the effort to share pictures wherever they could. The apartment @ 14A James Street was exactly what we expected based on the information shared. I would definitely recommend LSA as agents.”
