“From beginning to end , this has been an extremely positive experience.James was very thorough and patient in the decision and planning stage. The work started on the planned date and was completed in the predicted time.The whole team were very efficient and friendly. There were some tricky elements to our decking but these were handled with great expertise by Luis and Mark. The team always arrived on time and were very professional. We were also very pleased with the lights placed by David the recommended electrician. We are extremely happy with our completed decking and with the whole process. We would have no hesitation in recommending London Decking Company and take this opportunity to thank everyone involved.”

“Friendly, efficient, professional and fast install by a great team! They managed to get it done quickly, during the heatwave and on a top floor with many stairs. Endless patience from the office with my change of dates and good communication with the install team. Really pleased with the result and hoping it will last a long time.”

“Excellent service all round, from the quotation visit to the office correspondence to the installation. We had two areas of decking to replace, neither of which were straightforward. The base they set up was very solid and stable, then they laid the composite boards with great attention to detail. Thanks to Daniel and his team who started off, then Connor and George who took over and laboured tirelessly through a very hot week. Cleaned up well afterwards too and a pleasure to have around. Very happy!”

“Daniel and his colleague were brilliant - both great guys, explaining what they were going to do, checking at every stage if it worked for us. They worked extremely hard and their eye for detail and finishing was as good as it gets. “I found the whole process from initial quote contact with Kevin to final completion excellent. The communication from everyone at LDC throughout was excellent. I contacted three companies to get a quote and settled on LDC because the price was reasonable for the composite decking and what we had in mind was taken on board designwise. The finished decking looks excellent and everyone on site was excellent. I would certainly use LDC again if we needed anything else doing in the garden.”

It took several days longer than expected, but the finish and workmanship are excellent. A huge thanks to Raphael and the chaps. They were very easy to have around. “This project took over twice as long as promised to complete. Many boards needed replacing along the way as they were splitting, possibly because of incorrect drilling by the first team (who were replaced), but also there seemed a lack of knowledge about how the wood I had chosen - ipe - would behave. It was a long and fairly difficult process but we eventually got there and I paid in full. Very shortly after finishing the project it emerged I had a pipe leak. A separate contractor had to take up various parts of the new decking to locate the leak. They found that someone had hit the pipe and then tried to effect a "repair" with the plastic bags that the posts had come in, wrapping that in a bin liner and then pouring concrete over it. London Decking admitted liability and agreed to pay the repair costs. I had to chase for 4 months and eventually threaten to sue before my contractor was paid.”
