“Matt and his team responded to numerous emails with detailed requirements. Their builders came every day on time and constructed and installed the decking and customised fencing to a high quality finish. The project started with 2-day delays because of unforeseen issues, but they kept me well informed. They are also happy to rectify any issues on site, for example there was a gap that shine light through and they found a way to fix the problem. I specified I need a way to open up the deck to clean the gutter underneath and they found a good solution for it. For the fencing, I wanted custom-made Japanese style vertical slatted fencing, with LED light strip to be installed in it and with a hidden door. Their engineer found creative ways to solve all of those issues. Very happy with the patio make over, the quote they gave was reasonable.”

“The workman were skilled and responded to layout requirements. They were very good. It would have been helpful if initially it had been pointed out that 'millboard' tends to pool rain and hose water on its surface. It look nice but is a chore to clear the surface water.”
