“Terrible service, SHAMBOLIC RUDE customer service. Placed and order online on a Thursday night, was supposedly processed Friday. Delivery supposedly within 3-5 working days. Tracking vai their chosen service (Yodel) consistently says 'still with sender'. No delivery by day 4, tracking still says 'still with sender', resulting in telephone call after looking for their telephone number online because nobody answers the number on their website. Was told it would reach by Day 5. No delivery by Day 5, still says 'still with sender' resulting in 2nd call. Was told they would have to raise it with Yodel, and I would get an email by Monday, 9 days after. NO Email. Goods finally deliverered on day 7, no apology, no explanation, no email. When I called on day 9 asking for explanation, was told my previous emails were never received. When I offered to resend it I was told 'there was no point'. As a first time customer of this rubbish company, it will also be my last. May you never waste your time and and money on these unprofessional, rude, useless people.”
