“I’m definitely not going to order again!!! I ordered Biotech protein 2.27kg but received protein that weighed 1.81kg. I wrote to them and they replied like this: Thanks for reaching out, Unfortunately Biotech have changed this product to 1.8kg for the same price as 2.27kg Be careful and watch what you get after you order or just find another site to buy it.”

“I recently ordered two strawberry flavoured vegan protein powders from London supplements and they sent me two items that we expired in 01/2024, I then reported this issue to them and sent pictures of the goods and they refused to take any responsibility and I am now having to open a credit card dispute against them.”

“Ordered from these guys before and never had a problem... but on the second attempt my delivery was lost or maybe delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. Contacted these guys numerous times via email and each time they ignored my emails nor did they pick up the phone. Luckily I used PayPal as a payment platform, and have had to pursue a claim against these guys due to their inability to reply to returning customers such as myself.”

“I made a purchase of Xcelerate Nutrition Vegan lean diet protein powder. As advertised on the website, the nutritional facts, which what sold this product to me, comprised of Iron, Zinc, Chromium, Vit B12, Vit A, Chicory Root, Broccoli sprout, Guarana, Green Tea, Cayenne, L Carnitine, Flaxseed & a digestive enzyme to list all additions. I did receive Xcelerate Nutrition Vegan lean diet protein powder, however, the ‘nutritional facts’ on the back of the pack were far from what is listed above. The additional nutritional facts listed only 3 of the aforementioned 12 added nutrients existed. The ingredients was also a very clear indicator none of the expected ingredients where included. A big product mis-selling. I have contacted London Supplements to vent my displeasure with no response as yet”
