“I have been using ProElite Whey proteins for years and never had any issues. This batch the powder does nod desolveas as usual, presenting some hard grains when mixed and quite umpleasent ti drink. Has the product been changes? Is this normal?”

“The delivery of the items was great. However one of the items stated only one ingredient. I sent an email to London Supplements querying this, since I don't think its possible that only one ingredient was used and therefore I believed the statement was false (chocolate Pea Protein cannot have one ingredient, since peas are not chocolate flavour). I then asked whether they were aware of this, whether they check this sort of information and whether they check the integrity and authenticity of the products they sell. So far I have had no response. Unless I get a response I will not be buying from them again, as I cannot trust the products. I will also not be using the supplements already purchased.”

“Website sales@londonsuppements.co.uk Address not found, and to return goods it is a different address, waiting online to chat is not responding. However despite these faults they made contact with me and gave me the correct address to return the goods. *Reason for the return the food bag was to small for me*”

“I purchased a supplement and due to missed info it was returned and informed that I have to pay £3 to send it again. I informed them to refund the payment they approved that but with a deduction of £3 delivery fees!! That was 4 days ago and till now the amount not transferred. Thank you”
