“I ordered the Rich Piana Full as F*CK pre workout and it is unusable. Moisture has clearly got in to the product and it has clumped together and smells awful! I've used this product before from another supplier and I know what it's supposed to smell and look like. I have message customer services a few days ago for a full refund but I am yet to hear back. It's the first and last time ordering from London Supplements and due to this experience I cannot recommend this supplier. If anyone from customer services is reading this I'd appreciate it if you could get back to me asap.”

“I got an email telling me my item was dispatched and will be with me in a few days. Got a later email to say the item is out of stock and I can get a refund or alternative. Confused how I was able to buy an item out of stock and why the email saying dispatched was sent poor communication”

“Ordered my supplements (protein bars), but when I received the parcel the Box was put in a grey bag and posted. It is quite obvious that the bars would be squashed as there was no external protection. Half of my bars were squashed, but when contacted the sales team at London Supplements, they said they were sorry but they are still edible. Really!!! I was told they can claim with courier if I wish. It's like going to buy a new car with dented doors but expecting to pay full price and say, yeah but you can still drive it, it's ok. seriously!!!! Don't think I'll be buy any of these, any time sooner from here.”

“I’m extremely disappointed from this website. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.I think the products are good as they are Dorian Yetes. I thermogenic fat burner. The parcel was delivered to a wrong address so I did ask them to get in touch with Royal Mail and ask where was it delivered (I would have gone to take it from there myself if it was close by).However they did not do anything. They did not refund me nor did they deliver the product.As for Royal Mail, we all know they are not great.”

“1st order to save on a few £ biggest mistake ever, this company uses the cheapest and the worst courier service DX Delivery, my parcel was sent to another address miles away, 2.7 miles to be exact, 5 days later it got uplifted from address I just refused delivery which is costing them not me, and that rude B**** on the other end of the phone needs to learn how to speak to people or get a job that suits her more like The London Markets bunch of cowboys 🤠”
