When I received my Parcel a few days ago the tins of Natural Tree Syrup are both damage due to the fact that there was no package packing in the box. Which obviously i'm not happy about.

The powder does not devolve into water. I sent an email complaining about this and have not received a reply.

I ordered a pre-workout and they sent it to the wrong place allegedly. Delivery was meant to take 2-3 days and I am still yet to receive anything over a week later.

Terrible service, SHAMBOLIC RUDE customer service. Placed and order online on a Thursday night, was supposedly processed Friday. Delivery supposedly within 3-5 working days. Tracking vai their chosen service (Yodel) consistently says 'still with sender'. No delivery by day 4, tracking still says 'still with sender', resulting in telephone call after looking for their telephone number online because nobody answers the number on their website. Was told it would reach by Day 5. No delivery by Day 5, still says 'still with sender' resulting in 2nd call. Was told they would have to raise it with Yodel, and I would get an email by Monday, 9 days after. NO Email. Goods finally deliverered on day 7, no apology, no explanation, no email. When I called on day 9 asking for explanation, was told my previous emails were never received. When I offered to resend it I was told 'there was no point'. As a first time customer of this rubbish company, it will also be my last. May you never waste your time and and money on these unprofessional, rude, useless people.

Product arrived damaged. I sent 3 emails and one sms to customer service (pictures included). No reply in 4 days received. Never again.

Not quick to stick to your 3-5 working days on delivery, since its been 6 working days and yet to even receive my parcel with the first attempt to deliver it tomorrow yet your quick to want a review

Been a week and they haven't sent my order. They ignored emails requesting an update. Couldn't have been a worse service!

Ordered 2 boxes of 12 protein bars. Received 2 boxes of 10 protein bars. Emailed immediately and have had even had a reply. That was 5 days ago. I would have expected an email reply by now and I would expect to receive what I actually ordered.

Wouldnt use this supplier again. Days after placing my order, by the time i expected to receive it they email me telling me all flavours are out of stock and they will refund me. Didnt offer me an alternative or tell me how long it will take to get back in stock. Just wasted my time. Apparently the database of how much they have in stock of an item is completely inaccurate and when it comes to dispatching your order its just a case of seeing if its in stock in the warehouse or not. So i imagine this happens all the time. Rather pay extra and not have my time wasted elsewhere

I ordered 4 items over a week ago & they haven’t arrived. I got a Yodel link that says it’s still with the sender & they told me Royal Mail lost the parcel. Have asked for a refund 3 times and not heard back.

Will Avoid site at all costs, sold me a product for £16.99, sent me tracking numbers the lot to then email me 4 days later to tell me the item is out of stock. In the email it said I could pick a replacement product so I've looked on there site and the original product was in stock for £32.99. So I've rang them to query this (customer service was extremely rude) and they've told me the item isn't in stock its just what they do when it's not, take peoples money anyway. (Even tho I don't believe this I think someone just messed up with pricing and doesn't want to send me my product at what they sold it me for).

I opened a new account and was told that I would get £5 off. But I did not get this. I emailed the sales team but no one got back to me. Very bad customer service. Also, the delivery took around a week.

Received my order and it was a wrong dose. The customer service wasn’t very helpful as she just told me to send an email and someone will get back to me asap but has not received no response from anyone.
