“Sent the wrong product. Now I am expected to print of a return receipt, repackage and send back. I have been told once they receive that package my correct order will be dispatched. In essence it will take me atleast a week to get my order. Not a great customer experience.”

“Supplied faulty supplement then when returned denied knowledge of receipt of goods. When Royal Mail proofs were then furnished by email they denied receipt again and said there was no way to prove the contents of the parcel and other deflection tactics. Do not trust your health or money with this company and avoid at all costs.”

“I’m definitely not going to order again!!! I ordered Biotech protein 2.27kg but received protein that weighed 1.81kg. I wrote to them and they replied like this: Thanks for reaching out, Unfortunately Biotech have changed this product to 1.8kg for the same price as 2.27kg Be careful and watch what you get after you order or just find another site to buy it.”

“My first time using London Supplements. I bought liquid chalk for gym work and have used it a few times. It works great! The price was acceptable and it was delivered within 3-4 days, with NO delivery charges. I will be purchasing from this supplier again in the future. Very happy to have found them.”

“I recently ordered two strawberry flavoured vegan protein powders from London supplements and they sent me two items that we expired in 01/2024, I then reported this issue to them and sent pictures of the goods and they refused to take any responsibility and I am now having to open a credit card dispute against them.”

“Ordered from these guys before and never had a problem... but on the second attempt my delivery was lost or maybe delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. Contacted these guys numerous times via email and each time they ignored my emails nor did they pick up the phone. Luckily I used PayPal as a payment platform, and have had to pursue a claim against these guys due to their inability to reply to returning customers such as myself.”

“Not delivered as of yet. In fact using the parcel tracking service they seem to be going to delivery centres further and further away from house as each day passes. Might not be London Supplements fault, but I am left twiddling my thumbs waiting for a delivery.”
