Ordered my supplements (protein bars), but when I received the parcel the Box was put in a grey bag and posted. It is quite obvious that the bars would be squashed as there was no external protection. Half of my bars were squashed, but when contacted the sales team at London Supplements, they said they were sorry but they are still edible. Really!!! I was told they can claim with courier if I wish. It's like going to buy a new car with dented doors but expecting to pay full price and say, yeah but you can still drive it, it's ok. seriously!!!! Don't think I'll be buy any of these, any time sooner from here.
