“Got some photos”

“It was too quick and "fast food" feeling. Not details. Just random pics on face. Had to ask for foot picture. We were told about HD video view. It did not happen. Staff were nice and friendly.”

“Our first appointment didn't go as well as we'd hoped, there was a mix up with appointment times and we arrived on a very busy where there was a long backlog and they were behind schedule. The staff were polite but we did have to wait a long time to be seen. We had to reschedule as baby wasnt in a good position. When we returned the next week there was no wait, staff were lovely and friendly and we had a wonderful scan with a very clear baby to see. 2nd visit was much better so would avoid busy/end of day periods of possible. Great experience when all goes to plan.”
