Had two scans at this clinic. The first I was told I had a small bleed on my uterus, which for some reason wasn’t added to my report. I had to email to ask them to resend it with the measurements of this bleed. They seemed to think it wasn’t important enough although it’s something I would need to let the hospital know when I go for my NHS scan and it would be good to know measurements to know if it has got bigger or smaller and by how much. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on that and decided to go back 2 weeks later for another scan, me and my partner waited 40 minutes, going by the previous review from the same day rhe sonographer decided to turn up a couple hours late for work. Had my scan, he didn’t want to give much information on this bleed I had and told me he wasn’t going to add it to the report although it wouldn’t of cost him nothing to do so anyway I was told I would receive my report 20 minutes later, which I didn’t and that’s fine because I understand things can get quite busy however I had to chase up for it to be sent to me, when it was sent to me it was a blank document I asked them to resend and got ignored. Emailed again the following day with the same issue. Still now almost 3 days later I don’t have my report. I’m not actually sure who runs the place but it’s like a bunch of kids and judging by the reviews it seems to be an on going issue. I know I won’t be returning, I would rather travel much further and pay double the price than settle for there. I wouldn’t recommend

Today I went for an early reassurance scan with my husband. To say I have left feeling reassured would be a lie. I did not feel as though I was spoken to in the correct way and had no reassurance given throughout my time spent at Window to the womb in Milton Keynes, in fact I was made to feel uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. Regardless of me finding out at my scan that I was in fact only 5 weeks and 3 days, I still would not have expected to hear a heart beat. I was only expecting to find out how far I am in my pregnancy, how many embryo’s there are and if everything is sitting in the right place. I was told by my sonographer that she was going to internally scan me and do her checks on me and then she would talk to me. I had emptied my bladder as instructed before going through to the scanning room. When she began she said ‘well I cannot see anything because your bladder is full’ I laughed in a joking way and said ‘wow! Pregnancy bladders are so bad I’ve only just been!’ She ignored me and said ‘you need to go to the bathroom again’. Throughout the whole scanning process I was not spoken to or reassured. In fact, at one point, my husband could sense that I felt uncomfortable during the process and had asked me ‘are you ok?’ and I replied ‘yes’ she told me ‘I will talk to you in a minute’ in a stern tone, as if we was speaking to her. After she had finished, she said that she could see the yolk, an embryo and a sac, but concluded with ‘but there’s no heart beat’. It wasn’t until after I left my appointment and spoke to my mum, my mother in law and looking into things on the internet that I felt less worried about not hearing a heart beat at 5 weeks and 3 days into my pregnancy. My sonographer did not start by explaining that I was actually earlier than originally expected and that she wouldn’t be able to see or hear much due to this. She just told me all the positives to then end on ‘but I can’t hear a heart beat’ without any explanation as to why that is or reassurance that it’s normal. She suggested that I come back in 2 weeks time, but I would not be happy to spend another £80 to feel as though I am being told off and interrogated. I was planning to return for several scans throughout my pregnancy, as were my sister and sister in law, but after my disappointing experience today I will be reluctant to return or recommend.

Window to the Womb Ealing have been amazing to us throughout this crazy pandemic time! We have visited them 3 times (early scan, anomaly scan & gender and a 4D scan) and each time Cris was on reception - she is so friendly and welcoming. She is a true professional and very informative. Alex the sonographer was very professional and friendly and put me and my husband at ease every time. With our 4D scan our baby was very stubborn and was hiding, they got us to go for a walk and Cris recommended to have a lucozade, we then went back in to be rescanned and our baby had moved :) Rajeetha was the friendliest chaperone and put us at ease straight away! I would highly recommend Window to the Womb!!

Where to start...my appointment was at 12:30. As soon as i opened the door at 12:25, the lady at the reception told me to go and wait in the car as there is a ''slight'' delay. Didn't even gave me a chance to ask questions on how long I need to wait and when to come back. After 20 mins wait I went back in and asked if there is some paperwork we need to complete prior to the scan as I've read on the e-mail. They gave me that and told me to complete outside. Finally, after 45 mins delay on my appointment we have been called to go in for our scan. As for the sonographer, I can't say much. He was quiet, reticent but doing his job. Anyway, 10 mins sharp we went out of the scan and waiting for someone to call us to choose the photos of the 4D scan. The lady came to take our payment and gave us an envelope with the pictures and key rings and we left. We haven't been asked to choose which photo we wanted on the key ring or printed (as per they policy, they will sit with you and check which photos we choose). They just putted some random ones, and even printed same ones. Honestly, for a 10 mins scan to pay £89 and to get this service, is unacceptable and horrible. I am very dissapointed and I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

Firstly, I have to say that this is our second time using the services here and our experience was completely different from the first time when we were very happy(obviously different staff). It was the WORST ever experience!!! The two ladies were extremely RUDE from the very beginning! Upon arrival we were 15 minutes earlier and went just to check about parking. When we open the door we were not even asked who we are, what time is our appointment or what so ever, We could not even say a word, the black lady just said sharp you have to come back for 2:30!!! Bearing in mind I had my child in my hand and my husband was behind me we were asked to wait in the car 15 minutes, fine. We returned 15 minutes later to be told that kids are not allowed🤔indeed, they had a note on the door but nowhere on the website nor the conformation email this was mentioned! I have brought up the email and asked the receptionist to show me where this is stated and after 5 minutes read she only found the line “one adult will be allowed” but nothing was mentioned about child! The situation became very heated as both ladies start raising their voice and speak to us as we were retarded. As this not turned the way they wanted they came to the tactic that they are “only women” and can’t be shouted but they have forgotten the fact them shouting and asked the police to attend. We only asked for refund and was told (again by the black lady)that we are not getting a refund, later when refund was agreed she said she doesn’t know how long refunds take when ask for receipt or conformation of the refund so we don’t need to chase it she said that she can’t prove us with this either. As someone who runs two businesses ourselves we were stricken that someone’s staff could be so rude and incompetent! We only left as the managed called on my personal phone and issued the refund over the phone🤨I would not recommend this location in a million years! Be aware and will make sure I spread the word!

Great experience with these guys. Our little man was initially hiding his face so had some time to wander around until he got in a good position for some images. Would recommend.
