Our first appointment didn't go as well as we'd hoped, there was a mix up with appointment times and we arrived on a very busy where there was a long backlog and they were behind schedule. The staff were polite but we did have to wait a long time to be seen. We had to reschedule as baby wasnt in a good position. When we returned the next week there was no wait, staff were lovely and friendly and we had a wonderful scan with a very clear baby to see. 2nd visit was much better so would avoid busy/end of day periods of possible. Great experience when all goes to plan.
