“Don’t know the difference between medium and large suitcases. Be careful, if they can’t fit all suitcases in the boot they charge extra to put it in one of the seats which is ridiculous. We had 3 medium size suitcases which we booked supposedly a car for 3 medium size cases and 3 people. Driver couldn’t fit all cases in the boot so charged extra.”

“The taxi driver was very polite and helpful. This was our first teip to London and he even took us past key sights such as Kensington; Trafalgar Square; Thames river; London bridge; the Eye... I don't know if this was in the route but we were so appreciative of being able to see this historic landmarks. Thank you very much Wayne”

“Driver was 40 min. late according to my reservation. Gave a bad excuse about why because customers always were late- sorry, not this one. I did not give any tip, as I rather think he should have knocked off the price for making us wait for so long.”
