“Clean, ride was comfortable. However driver was little late. Propose that for Meet & Greet they should be earlier at least 15 mins ahead of time.”

“the driver was on time and helpful with getting my luggage in and out of the car. The only issue i had was that the vehicle had a lingering odor of cigarette smoke.”

“Driver was great. Communication was good until I arrived and didn’t know where the driver was (as I was delayed) and no one responded to my WhatsApp. Located on the link in the end though and all was fine!”

“My flight was early. The driver had called me. I hardly had to wait a fre minutes and my driver came for me. Professional. Got me exactly to hotel doorstep. He even carried my bag. Good service”

“We were late in clearing passports and were only out 20mins after scheduled pick up time. Driver was gracious enough to wait for us and not charged the extra time.”

“Pick up time in Soho was confirmed the night before to be 7:30 am. I could see that the driver was already on the road when we woke at 6:45 am. He arrived in front of the hotel at 7:55 am. Once in the car, he announced the pick up time was 8:00 am and that the traffic "down here" was bad. At this point, I had not mentioned that he was late, nor did I ever. Disappointing. We did, however, make Heathrow on time.”

“From the point we landed to point of drop off everything was excellent. Booking process was efficient and straightforward. It was a bit confusing to get multiple similar emails from different addresses and company names the day before. In addition the tone of messages regarding luggage was unnecessarily officious.”

“We reserved a car through Taxicode several days before our trip, and they cancelled as we were about to board our flight :( I had to scramble to find someone else with short notice and London-Heathrow Taxi came to the rescue. Our driver, Alberto, was lovely and our trip to our hotel from Heathrow was safe. Coordinating pick up locations at Heathrow airport can be a little frustrating as there's no designated place to go, but Alberto's communication was consistant in letting us know where he was. Thank you Albert - great meeting you! and thank you London Heathrow Taxi for helping us.”
