We booked via https://www.heathrowtaxi.net/ for a taxi to meet us at 8.30am at Heathrow and transport us to Gatwick. No sign of taxi driver so called to find out what was going on. Was told that the driver would be there about 9.30. Eventually he arrived at 10.20 so nearly 2 hours late. Before arriving the driver sent me several text messages which were obviously sent whilst driving. During our journey he continued to send text messages and as a result did not always stay in his lane of the M25. We had just left Heathrow and one of the texts was to his next client and he told him he would be there in 20 minutes, but we were about an hour from finishing our journey! In the end we were just glad to get out in one piece. We won't be using them again.

I'll be requesting a refund, my driver wasn't there when specified. Company couldn't help when I called, stated they had no way of contacting drivers. Myself and my elderly family were left stranded at the airport and were forced to get an uber instead. Horrible service.

Very bad experience. No one was there at arrival. I got no notification by text or email. I had to inquire myself calling (extra charge for an international call) after waiting for 20mn and was put on hold 8mn’ ! I was finally advised my driver had been cancelled and was assigned another one after one hour! If I can understand unexpected problems come up, there is some decency in at least warning you considering the service you pay.

Don’t know the difference between medium and large suitcases. Be careful, if they can’t fit all suitcases in the boot they charge extra to put it in one of the seats which is ridiculous. We had 3 medium size suitcases which we booked supposedly a car for 3 medium size cases and 3 people. Driver couldn’t fit all cases in the boot so charged extra.

Poor service. Driver was late, child seat wasn’t fitted on arrival, driver didn’t know how to fit child seat and asked my wife if she did, driver then dropped my wife and 2 year old daughter 4 houses up and didn’t help with luggage. Won’t be using again

I booked the taxi for 3pm. The driver ring me at 2pm and told me that there is a lot of traffic on the motor way. He told me that he is already outside and it took him 2 hours coming from Heathrow. I was worried and said I will go now. When we are on the road the traffic was normal and we reached to terminal 3 in 50 min. I was very disappointed. As I left in a worry, I forgot to take my jacket and couple of other things home. Also I had to wait hours to board my plane. I’m not pleased with the service.

I clearly stated that I wanted the taxi to arrive at 8 am so I waited right in front of the house since 8 am for about 15 minutes. I then called the Call Center to call the taxi immediately. I was then informed that the taxi had already left. It turns out that the driver had been waiting at the wrong spot when I have clearly addressed to come to pick me up at house number 8. He then came back at 8.30 - 8.40 am and even said that he had been waiting for 45 minutes. He also said that he came since 7.45 when I booked for 8 am. and you could check in the system that I called the call centre to contact the driver at 8.15 as I could not find his car and could not contact the driver. Because of this I almost missed my flight. Also, I have reported this incident to the company. However, I have received no response from them.

Pick up was fine from terminal 5 and driver very helpful. Return from Ascot Racecourse never arrived. No contact from company whatsoever. I only found out the taxi wasn't coming when I rang them. No replacement sent and they told me it would be 8.30pm at the earliest when a car could be sent even though they had my details that our flight was leaving terminal 5 at 8.55. This was booked early June so why take the booking if you can't deliver the service or have the courtesy to tell the customer in advance so they can make alternative arrangements. This has been a very costly experience for me!!

Our plane was late which was not our fault. The driver was rude, and after identifying us at the terminal stalked off towards where the taxi was parked. We had to literally run after him. A 60 and daughter with cases-and no offer of assistance.!!!! He got into a lift and didn’t even turn around when the lift doors shut on us as we tried frantically to keep up with him. We got to the taxi where upon he threw our luggage into the boot. He drove fairly well but was uncommunicative and as we were 2 women and it was late 2am we did not speak as we were slightly scared about his behaviour.He was extremely rude when we read he’d our destination got the bags out of the boot, made no eye contact with us , no thank you’d and left us to sort ourselves out whilst he sped off.I was very upset with his attitude and will be making a formal complaint to your company. I would not recommend that this driver drives women home late at night.

The taxi driver was 15 minutes delayed, didn’t say he was sorry, didn’t even say hello. He followed him to the car and he never looked back to see if we were following him. When we got to the car he didn’t help with the luggage, never turned the music on, didn’t ask if the temperature was ok and the driving was not comfortable. When we got to the destination he didn’t help with the luggage and didn’t even say goodbye. For sure he is not the correct person for this job and have a terrible image of your company.

The driver was extremely rude to us. Our plane was delayed upon arrival (not in our control) and we were a bit late meeting him, and he seems to have lost out on another taxi fair. When we booked we made sure any delay would be acceptable to avoid precisely these incidents and additionally asked for the driver to arrive 1hr after actual landing. Nontheless, the driver was very angry and driving agitated, in addition to being rude. We will be sure not to book this sort of service through your agency again.

Waited but noone there so husband phoned the company. The man on the end of the phone said there was no booking and did we have the right company. That was after telling him the name and booking reference number. Was told there was no booking made, despite us having a pece of paper saying it was booked successfully. Eventually the man said that my booking had been cancelled. He couldn't say when or by whom! Not good enough. The saving grace was the driver, Alan, they sent to collect us was brilliant - c credit to your company. Now I do not believe for one minute that the booking was cancelled, I believe it was simply overlooked as it was made back in November. I abhore liars and would rather have been told the truth as I know everybody makes mistakes, but to have to spend 15 minutes on the phone going through stuff, to be told first there was no booking made and then it was cancelled, after travelling for 21 hours was frustrating, to say the least.

The arrival that I have put is 3.55 and to pick me up at just 4.40 in case i will be late but when i met the driver at 4.30 he said i was already late and i need to pay £5 for making him wait plus £7.50 for the parking. And he said £10 will be fine. I dont mind paying but The rules here is not clear so never again! Worst is i dont have cash with me so i need to transfer the money to his account.
