“Our driver was fantastic. He called on WhatsApp to confirm our flight times and was concerned that due to traffic we may need to leave earlier. I was happy he made this suggestion. He was very personable, his car immaculately clean. His driving caused no concern and he got a trolly for us at Heathrow, which saved having to go look for one.”
