“The driver car and booking process was simple and professional. Driver was on time. Charge was reasonable. I did not however receive a confirmation email nor text. I did not receive a text with driver details either. My flight was on time and I had to call your operator to confirm that a car was dispatched. A driver was in fact almost at the airport and very professional the ride was smooth. Thank you”
