In the last 3 years, we've experienced substantial growth and are now able to reach clients spanning London and the entire South East of England.

“Booking appmt was fine. Engineer turned up on time. Spent 20 mins in the house to conclude it wasn't a drainage problem which is what plumber had told us. Didn't lift any manhole covers to check. Said it was due to lack of use of en-suite - water evaporating from the pan. Spent time on phone to try and agree discount against future work - he was recommending a pipework clean. Said we would get a quote for this job but not received. Accounts payable on the phone that afternoon with no recognition of any of the above. So, to date I have paid £144 for a someone to tell me it's something other than the plumber told me but not carry out any work. The engineer was fine, and may well be right, but I just feel that to date we have not received value for money or a definitive result or answer to our problem. Hence the poor rating.”

“We have just had a visit from Ian at the London Drainage Facilities. He has delivered some excellent work and even through the rain today stayed overtime to complete the job which turned out to be more than expected. True gem you have there :)”

“Quite possibly the best company I've ever dealt with! The office we're helpful and knowledgeable, the job handling system kept me in the loop and the end job report and pictures was great. Weren't the cheapest, but they provided a platinum service. I have 690 properties in my control, that means LDF have just got themselves about an extra 1000 Wc's to care for!!! Keep up the GREAT work.”

“A CCTV Survey in the forecourt of a converted Victorian School undertaken by Jamie & Aiden who arrived bang on time, working hard to fit the job into two days, explaining what they were finding out as they went along, drawing a map of the underground lay-out, and amusing us as they sat hunched on their folding chairs looking down into the various manholes, pulling/lowering the pipe with the camera on the end, surrounded by an orange fence, under a giant green umbrella in both heavy rain and bright sunshine ... to keep the computer protected or visible depending on the weather they said! From a distance they looked a bit like I imagine two guys would if they were fishing at an ice hole on a frozen lake! With the patience to match! Well done guys! No doubt we'll have more great technicians when the repair work gets carried out - so far quite a bit of successful team-work involved.”

“Thank you to the young gentleman who cleared a blocked toilet in my home in Claygate on Tuesday 27th August . He cleaned up everything and I hope his recommendations are taken on board by the council to clean the pipes of limescale. Please pass on my appreciation.”
