“The service was very easy to use. I received a recommendation in the same evening as my enquiry. The responding surveyor provided all credentials via RICS website to verify competence. Arranging a survey was very straight forward and all went to plan. All communication and transfer of payment and competed report was completed electronically. The whole process was completed promptly with excellent dialogue at each step. I had a very positive experience with the surveyor proposed.”

“We found a local surveyor, Stephen Sands, on this web site. He completed a Homebuyers survey for us which was vey comprehensive and he was good enough to provide a valuation for which he did not charge us. The survey saved us from buying a "pig in a poke"! I would certainly recommend him.”
