“Local Building Surveyors put me in touch with Cornish Surveys, who proved to be very helpful, over and above what one might have hoped for. The survey was reasonably priced, the report was clear and detailed and arrived promptly and the surveyor was particularly helpful in offering to discuss the issues raised over the phone, which was extremely helpful and reassuring. I would not have found this excellent service without this website.”

“I urgently needed a BS level 3 and i reached out to George Efthymiou through the list local surveyors sent and he was very efficient in his delivery and maintained high professional standards in the discharge of the survey. He made time to explain the content of the report thoroughly to me and I will vehemently recommend anyone to use George's services.
