“Woods Surveyors were easy to communicate with, provided a bespoke service whereby i only paid for the reestablishment valuation, rather than a full blown valuation which seemed to be the norm. Service and report were quick and efficient. Wold recommend them”

“The website was easy to use and I was quickly contacted by local surveyors who gave me details of their company and their prices. I instructed Andrew Hickin who produced a comprehensive and easy to understand Level 3 report on the property I wished to purchase. In the end I did not proceed with the purchase as the remedial work required was both extensive and expensive. Andrew has since provided a survey report for another property - again very informative and I am proceeding with the purchase. In addition to the written report (emailed within 7 working days), Andrew also offers an informal telephone conversation immediately after the inspection to go through the main issues.”

“Now Chartered Surveyors were fantastic, from start to finish. Friendly and helpful people who arranged the survey (thanks to Annie and Hilary) and a great service received with the actual survey carried out by Jack. I had various follow-up questions to the level 2 survey and asked for advice on a few matters and these were all answered very quickly and to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. They also seem very reasonably priced. Thanks!”
