“Went on this site at 10am not knowing what I was doing and by 3pm the same day had an understanding of EPC's, and had booked a surveyor to carry out a survey the following day (Saturday!). Took 2 calls enquiring after my business and one email. Its now Monday and the survey has been done and submitted. A very helpful resource!”

“The easy and most efficient way to find a Surveyor I can think of. Feedback on costs, services covered, timings and quality advice from individual Surveyors was first class without being intrusive. I particularly liked the lack of the "hard sell" when being contacted. I selected one out of many, not because the others seemed inferior but because it was the most local and able to service my needs quickly.”

“Whilst very promising at the outset the first two tradesmen I contacted on your list said they were only taking on large jobs at this moment in time ( or were busy on a large job at the moment). This was despite me making it clear on your website that my requirements were for a 'small' job. I was left with the impression that these people merely 'ticked' the small jobs box so that they could 'cherry pick' those that they wanted. Needless to say I stopped after two 'dead ends'.”
