“I have rated your service as poor because the wording was misleading. It said that I would be provided with a list of firms that I could contact, the implication being that I would have the chance to see which suited me best. In fact I was immediately contacted by several representatives of these firms who were under the impression that I was ready to consider starting the work. My actual position is that it will be a few weeks before I am ready to do so. I also learned that these firms have to pay you for this service and this seems quite unfair given the misleading wording.
In fairness, the list of firms you provided is likely to be useful and I probably will contact one or two of them. But I feel strongly that you should sort out the wording to make it quite clear that after submitting the form a user will be contacted by firms looking for immediate business.”
