“Rosie was our point of contact, and I was blown away by her service. extremely quick and thorough and made the whole process very easy. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the process was too. Couldn't recommend enough.”

“My contact person was Rosie Murray, she was amazing. She was extremely helpful and professional from the start. She talked through all the processes and explained them in what i would call 'plain English' making sure I understood all the 'T&C's'. I had a few problems with my loan at the start because my house was 'in trust' so it took a while to sort that out but Rosie kept in contact checking on the progress and kept the 3rd party up to date. We both had a laugh at the end of the process because it is like 'saying goodbye to a friend'. I would recommend Loan.co.uk, especially Rosie.”

Lisa Blake in particular was amazing, she worked tirelessly to get us the best deal, was always available for any queries and was so efficient, friendly and made the process seamless. “The staff at Loan.co.uk made the whole process easy. They were helpful, communicative and diligent. Even when our case manager (Anna Rapley) truly went over and beyond and if on rare occasion she was unavailable any other member of the team that we spoke to was able to talk knowledgable for and to us. We would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”

“I have recently used the services of this company and I cannot recommend enough. I was on a tight schedule for completion , lots of information had to be pulled together and my personal circumstances caused a few obstacles. I dealt with Anna Rapley who was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. She explained every part of the process and her communication was excellent. Anna kept in touch on a regular basis and the customer service provided was amazing. Anna went above and beyond. Don't hesitate to use this company!”

“The service was unbeatable. I had spoken with another company before Loan.co.uk and was not impressed so I made an online enquiry on a Friday night and Saturday morning Ben called me and couldn’t do enough to help. He found exactly what I was looking for and was so helpful throughout the whole process. I honestly cannot thank Ben enough for all his help”
