“Really quick and friendly service. Any queries were answered promptly. Calls were also friendly and chatty, not formal and stiff. Gave lot of advice about products and what best solutions would be.”

“From the initial enquiry to completion I was put at ease by the professionalism and friendly communication. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt like they knew the requirements of the lender so my application would be successful before going through the process. It took just over 3 weeks to secure the loan. Very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend/ use again.”

“The customer service was efficient and helpful at all times. My main dealings were with Nadine who was very patient and calm with me as I'm a bit of technofobe! I also had dealings with Sam and Helen who were very helpful too. I would have no qualms about recommending Loan.co.uk to a friend.”
