“Outstanding service from Claire at loan.co.uk I had an excellent experience with loan.co.uk, especially working with Claire, who handled my remortgage and purchase. My situation was time-sensitive and not entirely straightforward, but Claire was calm, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout. She kept me informed at every stage, explained lender requirements clearly, and worked efficiently to make sure everything stayed on track despite tight deadlines. What stood out most was the level of care and attention — I never felt rushed or left chasing for updates. Claire was proactive, professional, and genuinely supportive during what could have been a very stressful process. “They helped me get a remortgage I was informed of everything from start to finish and they were extremely helpful with everything couldn’t be happier with the service I got it took a little bit longer then it should have but that as because they were waiting for paperwork off me that took a bit for me to get so was not there fault but overall an excellent company and would recommend to everyone”
