“Enamul was super helpful and efficient advising us through the initial steps and identifying the best option for us to proceed with. Christine was great progressing our application and both were always available. We got on offer within two weeks of first contacting loans which amazed me having worked with a mortgage advisor previously and finding it quite painful. Really glad we tried something different and well worth it. Thank you.”

“Amazing customer services. Right from the day I filled in my details to apply for a secured loan online until the release of funds, the entire process was taken care of by the Loan team. I was kept informed of the progress timely, without me having to chase up for updates. Everything done smoothly within a week and I felt at ease during the entire process. “I had my initial phone call with Ami who was so friendly and listened to exactly what I needed and was able to really quickly find a suitable offer that would dramatically reduce my monthly outgoings and consolidate into 1 affordable payment. She explained exactly what I would need to get an agreement in principle and that my case manager would then be in touch. Christine who was our case manager was again incredibly friendly and helpful and made everything really clear at every stage of the process and was really responsive to any queries or messages. Even with some complications due to name changes on documentation the entire process took just over 4 weeks to have funds in my account. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you!”

“2nd time using them. Ryan and Alice was both helpful. We had an issue with the land registry this time which required me to contact them constantly to get expedited but once I got that sorted, the rest of the process was completed within a couple of days.”

“It's been a long road with lots of disappointments. We've decided to give up as obtaining a remortgage seem impossible. Mr Connor Power said to give him some more time and this was worthwhile. With his skills and determination combined with support from Ms Christine O'Regan they delivered. We are private contractors and sometimes were paid outside IR35 and sometimes within IR35. This is a complex situation which Connor understood and was able to present our case. I would highly recommend this team as they kept us informed through out the process and never give up.”
