“Honestly can’t express how straight forward and quick the entire process has been, only a matter of a couple weeks to complete and money is in now in my bank account, and that’s mainly my speed (and my printer not working) that made that time longer than it actually could have been. I never leave reviews, but felt I must on this occasion. Lauren Hibbert, especially deserves a promotion or pay rise, so helpful, polite and efficient at every step of the way.”

“Lee Brown and Danielle Holland are absolutely lovely and kept us up to speed throughout the whole process. Unfortunately Loan.co.uk couldnt help us but it was not for the want of trying. In fact they passed our names onto to try a different way of lending to another broker that has been successful. I would recommend Loan.co.uk 100%.”

“Excellent service from start to finish - initial phone call to enquire was excellent service, and a rapid answer going forward - other companies took 2 days to give me the same answer - case manager Kym was exceptional, ease of dealing with, fast turnaround and no problem too small - I had other companies looking but nothing compared to Kym and Jo, highly recommended and glad I chose to use them, too work”

“Very helpful all of the staff that I had dealings with. Speady , friendly service. Kym kept me updated throughout the whole process and also informed me of the home collection service which was very useful. She also referred us to a life insurance broker who was able to offer us a policy which was able to cover the mortgage and the new loan. Very efficient service.”
