“Our early dealings were with Joshua. Joshua could not have been more helpful. He listened to our needs and came up with several options. “I would like to say first of all that the service levels received throughout this process was excellent. Special mention to Stacey, Ben and David for your help. Communication levels and speed of response were outstanding-this latter point in particular is a key point for any potential customer. They were always available. “Ryan and Christine and the 1st initial lady we spoke to about a loan had the best advice. We now have a mortgage rate 1.85 lower than what was 1st accepted through another broker and was so good at helping us and advising us. Cannot beat their service and communication. Thank you.”
