“I landed on loan.co.uk by luck as I was shopping around for secured loans. I was turned down by my first charge mortgage provider so I didn’t expect much when I started to look for other options. The initial process of getting quotation was very simple, I have inputed top level information and within minutes I received a call from Emily who handled the initial. Emily took all of the details and all expenses for affordability checks, and noted all of my requirements for an ideal package to suite my situation and future plans. We secured an initial agreement within the first week and had the evaluation was completed by end of week 2. Unfortunately, I wasn’t sure about the exact value with Zoopla normally gives over estimated values and HPI (used by my current provider) tends to be on the low end. That together with market dip the house got devalued significantly (or maybe the real value I just got the estimate wrong). I thought that is the end of it but Emily already had a plan B and C on stand by and quickly moved on to working with other lenders who could provide higher LTV loans. Once a lender was identified I was passed on to David who was equally responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. We got all of the documents and processes sorted and I was particularly pleased with how attentive David and Emily were. In previous experiences with other brokers, the initial advisor tends to be very friendly only to be passed on to case handlers who dont have time for you. Loan.co.uk clearly got their customer services to a very high standard that is not matched by many. In the end, we are walking away with a great deal, yes the interest was higher than I initially hope but the amount of savings from consolidated debts are significantly higher and it will definitely improve our financial situation. The process can be stressful but having an excellent broker makes it so much easier. The only thing that made me hesitate initially was the level of fees, it seemed higher than I could see on sites like clearscore and I wasn’t aware of the difference in fee structures between a mortgage and a second charge loan (possibly due to different commission structure from lenders and more complex legal work that needs to be done). In the end I made the right decision to proceed with Emily and David as I knew the other examples did not take into consideration the complexities in my case. I highly recommend loan.co.uk, you often see these repeated positive ratings on review sites that make you question if it is too good to be true. But Emily and David demonstrated why loan.co.uk have an average rating of 4.9/5. Also quick shout out to Kym who handled my initial application prior to the evaluation, she was also very responsive and processed my application very quickly. Thank you loan.co.uk for helping us navigate this complex situation. I am looking forward to coming back in the near future at the end of the fixed term. Keep up the good work.”

“Loans.co.uk were brilliant. I made contact with them on the Wednesday morning and by the lunchtime someone rung me to go through everything. There was no judgement, or any pushiness from them. By the Wednesday afternoon I had some documents which I needed to print off and send back to them. I did this on the Thursday morning and by the afternoon a loan had been agreed by the loan company. I had to print further documents off and send by post which I did on the Friday morning by special delivery. Monday morning I had confirmation from the loan company that they had received my documents, and the money had been released, on the Tuesday morning the money had been credited. It took under a week for everything to go through, they kept in communcation all throughout and I am very pleased of how quickly and efficiently it was dealt with. It is such a weight off my mind.”

“Where do I Strart? My own bank refused to help me after sending the valuer around and realising the property had 2 kitchens. “Really excellent service from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and the response rate and communication was second to none. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I felt supported the whole way through the process. I cannot recommend Robert and Stacey enough. Thoroughly delighted with the speed and ease with which the mortgage was completed.
