“A genuine company who care and actually want to help. I initially spoke to Ryan who was incredibly helpful and his knowledge really put me ease. Lucy processed my application who has been on the ball every step of the way! I've been kept informed throughout the process and any queries I had were answered very promptly through until completion. Very very highly recommended!”

“It was quite a long journey as lenders solicitor wanted specific wording to clear a charge on the property. Marcia Dixon was Exceptionally helpful, patient and professional. She personally took the challenge to contact the underwriter just to ensure the application proceeded. She called daily to give us update on progress. Marcia - Thanks so much. “I cannot thank the team enough for what they have done for me. Shak and Marcie have been amazing. My stress and anxiety most days was through the roof. The tears, lack of sleep. No matter how my communication came across neither Marcie or Shak faltered in their professionalism. The compassion they show is second to none. I was a complex case (Story of my life.. lol) but Marcie and Shak did everything they could to help. They are a credit to the company 😊😊 I was most days a complete pain!!!”

“Fantastic team, Natalie at the outset was lovely, very easy to deal with and made the whole process clear. She understood what was important to us and products recommended ticked the boxes. Alex was Amazing, prompt with regular updates and always a pleasure to speak to, his patience and dedication to progressing our slightly complex case to completion went above and beyond. Unfortunately he was on some well deserved annual leave at completion, but we were advised this to be the case and Keji was prepped and stepped in, in Alex's absence to ensure the great service continued. Thank you!!! Highly recommend these guys!!”
