“I started by dealing with Georgine, a very nice lady who gave me all of the relevant information and options. After I dealt with Lauren, who to her credit went above and beyond and regularly kept me updated. I was a little short on time and needed decisions to allow me to plan the near future so even I was a bit intense but she did everything she promised and really helped get it over the line in time. Really appreciate Lauren’s efforts of going above and beyond and really is a credit to the company. Thanks for sorting this and helping me avoid massive fees and costs!”
