“Robert Baker could not have been more helpful. His knowledge and expertise got me an amazing deal. “This was our second time using Loan.co.uk, and after a good first experience, we had no hesitation in returning for our remortgage. Scott and Stephen were extremely helpful from the start— responsive, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible. The options they provided were far better than what we could find online, and their advice was always clear, timely, and supported by regular check-ins. As our remortgage involved transferring from a bridging loan, the process was occasionally time-consuming, particularly when liaising with the appointed solicitors. However, Stephen’s support throughout was reassuring and invaluable in ensuring everything was completed successfully. We are very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use Loan.co.uk again in the future. We would also highly recommend them to anyone looking for mortgage or remortgage options”

“What a great team, so efficient, helpful and friendly, Charlotte and Ryan both looked after us so well, however silly our questions answers forthcoming so fast. We had tried with another company before them, was so slow and time consuming we gave up and contacted Loan.co.uk, so glad we did, just wish we went there first. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. “Thanks to loans.co.uk we were able to get our bridging loan arranged and paid so we could carry on and purchase our home after our chain broke. They were so helpful and friendly and transparent. Customer service was amazing, always going above and beyond. Daily contact and updates throughout the process and just so incredibly kind and helpful. Every time I emailed I heard back straight away. Totally recommend these and many thanks to Nadine Titus who was so patient and helpful and got the loan arranged in a good time. Thank you all!”
