I could not fault their professionalism at all times and a truly caring and helpful attitude that I felt was given to my ongoing application. “Loan.co.uk have provided the best customer service I have had off any company. Less than two weeks it has taken from my first enquiry to completion. All debts have been consolidated and paid direct to lenders saving us the hassle, enough money left to complete home improvements and reduced outgoings by 700 pound a month. Special mention or Sariah who has been on it everyday, chasing documents and updating us every step of the way. Thank You so much and would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Our loan took a bit longer than expected to complete but Lauren kept us up to date all the way through. It was our mortgage company who held it up as they took ages to send a document over, Lauren updated me every day or every other day, advising that she was still waiting on the document but that she was chasing them up. I would definitely recommend loan.co.uk if you need a Broker .”

“Initial phonecall was very well presented and talked through thoroughly with Avais Aslam. Excellent communication and help. Then put through to Lucy Williams, our case manager who could not have been more obliging. From beginning to end, she responded straight away to all queries. Lucy emailed or telephoned straight back. She bent over backwards and helped us continuously through the process. This was a painless example of how it should be done both Avais and Lucy are a credit to loan.co.uk By us both parties responding straight away to all requirements it sailed through in record time. “We were very happy with all the people at Loan.co.uk. We also like the communication channels (email, sms, phone calls), quick replies, opening times (esp.on weekends when our discussions mainly took place). It started with Jamie as he laid out all the options available for us. He got us deal which no online mortgage calculator or direct phone calls with banks did. We couldn't have got our first family home without him. He gave us the space to think it through and were there when we were ready to jump. It was followed by Niki while we were waiting for the bank to issue the mortgage offer. And then Andrew who went the extra mile and flagged our case at bank as urgent (despite not having contact to correct dptm) which helped to expedite additional investigation so we could complete the purchase before the nervous seller could remarket the property. It was stressful and tedious journey but the team at Loan.co.uk made it possible. We thank you for our lovely home.”
